Data Strategy & Build Project

After a Discovery + Design project, DATA3 built Global Vans a Modern Data Platform that will scale as the business grows. Including; an ingestion tool, cloud storage, data lake house and BI visualisation tools to present accurate and consistent data to generate business insight and increase performance.
DATA3 also worked closely with Global Vans to analyse and calculate the Lifetime Value of their customer base utilising live data held within their modern data platform. Global Vans now have visibility of their total average Customer Lifetime Value and the ability to break it down by customer type.

More powerfully, Global Vans now have the ability to predict the future Customer Lifetime Value with a data-driven forecast and dynamic variable inputs. These variables enable Global Vans to make strategic data-driven decisions to drive impact targeted sales performance and ultimately business growth.
