DATA³ delivered a Discovery + Design project in close collaboration with the in-house team to inform a data + AI strategy and plan, to evolve Parmenion’s technology and to leverage the power of AI.
The project has enabled Parmenion to make decisions on how they will evolve their use of data and AI within their business and for their clients. The strategy and plan will be implemented over the next 3 years with expected benefits from unlocking new business insight and enabling more self-service, so they can continue to lead their sector in their use of data and AI.
