After a Discovery + Design project, DATA3 worked closely with Satellite Applications
Catapult over 3 phases to; develop and implement a Data Quality framework for core
business systems (CRM, Projects & Finance), build a fully scalable modern data platform
and develop a Business Scorecard dashboard visualising critical metrics across the
business. The project has enabled Satellite Applications Catapult to enhance data
analytics and reporting capabilities – truly unlocking business data and creating
insights. Now having automated, transparent and accessible (self-serve) data that is
accurate and timely, confident data-driven decisions can now be made at pace.
