Project
DATA3 has worked with the Combined Authority since 2019, delivering a range of projects from strategy through to execution. We recently supported the team in redesigning the data architecture underpinning the Employment and Skills programmes. WECA delivers numerous projects aimed at supporting individuals, communities and businesses across the region, each with distinct objectives and complex data requirements. This new data architecture has created a scalable, governed and insight-ready foundation that allows WECA to monitor performance across the entire portfolio and understand, for the first time, the impact its programmes are delivering to the region.
